The city of Constanța together with the Resort Mamaia and Casino Constanța were recognized as landmarks in Romanian tourism, qualifying for the prestigious national competition, Destination of the Year. This competition aims to identify and award the most attractive and innovative tourist destinations in Romania, thus contributing to the promotion of the country's cultural and natural heritage.
This year, Constanta city was selected in the category "Cities that inspire", thanks to its cultural and historical diversity, which annually attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world. The resort of Mamaia, famous for its extensive beaches and vibrant events, has been nominated in the category "Tourist Resorts", while the emblematic Constanța Casino was recognized in the category "Cultural-educational attractions" for its impressive architecture and historical significance.
Voting details: The public is invited to vote by visiting the link https://destinatiaanului.ro/destinatii/voteaza. Voting is open until May 6 inclusive and a valid email address is required for further confirmation.
